| Quite a contrast this week compared to the previous two. Strong winds, cold temperatures meant a quiet week. 21 anglers caught 43 fish of which 30 were returned. Buzzers being the best fly with daddies, hawthorns, dwail bachs also working. Typically, on cloudier days fish were on the top 2 ft of the lake but as soon as the sun came out, they dropped considerably. Next restock first week of May. Our Summer Special starts May 1st and runs for MAY and JUNE only - £10
(1 fish or catch and release) from 18:00 - 21:00. Booking in advance is preferable. |
