Fishing has consistently improved week on week for a while now and last week was no exception. Impressive numbers of fish were caught, by many, using lots of different patterns. Black buzzers still did very well for those that used them. Snakes, especially white and pink also did well at times. Squirmy worms , cats whiskers and dry flies all worked extremely well. These are just fun days to be out there. A good example of this is a new angler to the fishery, Shaun - sorry - didn't catch his last name, writing of his first visit on the board, ' AMAZING caught 25 fish using a black hopper'
The pictures are of Stuart Barr and Almasan Marius who both caught with variations of a cats whisker.
